Bad Habits

1. Wearing headphones for long hours


Sometimes we listen to music to pass time, while travelling or while we are doing
anything. But, if you have wearing it for hours, with no breaks. It can cause
hearing loss, and the volume with which we hear can affect health.
2. Lying constantly
The lie is bad because with it you can do serious damage and if someone lie
constantly, you will have fear to say the truth and it too would cause stress in the
person in the moment that he thinks about the lie
3. Skipping breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If someone dont take the
breakfast, it will affect the digestive system. Besides, it will also harm the energy
reserves and negatively affect the metabolism.
If someone skip the breakfast, the person will eat more during the other meals and
this helps to weight gain.
