1. For someone working in your field, please describe the fantasies versus realities of the job.
(fantasy vs. reality)
My interviewees job fantasies included: expected job to provide for family and believed job would be selffulfilling and enjoyable.
My interviewees job realities included: job provides with money and resources to sustain family and is content
with waking up and going to work every day.
Fantasies were fairly equal to realities. Interviewee had a positive and optimistic outlook of occupation.

Interviewee believes that the future of her field looks to be bright. Having worked with the company for
several years now, she has witnessed the companys expansion and growth. In the coming years, she has
high hopes in seeing the company broaden its entities and as a result expects to see more empoyees
working for the company.

The business field is growing every day in the number of companies, investors, and employees.
Business fields over the years will become highly competive with numerous individuals trying for the
available jobs.

Very little
Interviewee is proud with present conditions.
Would be extra satisfied with job advancement and promotion further along in career.
8. What prompted your decision to work in this field?
Interviewee grew up wanting to work as an accountant. It was her aspiration growing up to become a
successful business professional and she decided to pursue this dream.

10. What is like working in the oil and gas industry?
Interviewee see it as a blessing to work in a company that plays an influential role in every individuals
life. Hydrocarbon resources are utilized on a daily basis by most of the worlds population so it is
rewarding to be able to serve in an industry that directly and indirectly helps every living person.
