I learned and accomplished a lot with my goals. I chose my goals based off of
what came to my mind as goals. They were not hard but not too easy either.
I accomplished them mostly to 100 percent. Some I didnt complete with 100
percent due to my laziness and family issues. I was overall very pleased with
my accomplishments and the way I was able do them with much consistency.
I learned a lot of things from this class. I learned new work out methods. I
learned new routines. I also learned how to motivate myself and to have

discipline to want to work and work hard. I also learned that I could possibly
want to teach an exercise class like this one. I see how happy you were to be
there and to teach and it makes me thing that I want to look into maybe
making that my career path.
I want to be as healthy for as long as possible. My motivation is seeing others
in their 20s and they are super lazy or cant do things do to their lack of
exercise. I also seen how much you really like teaching the class and how
happy you are which has inspired me to start thinking about becoming an
exercise teacher myself so thank you for all the knowledge you have shared
with me and thank you for the great semester
