What is a Life Cycle?

A life cycle is all the stages that happen in a plant or animal's lifetime.
Some animals are born and some hatch from eggs but all animals go through stages.

All life cycles start with the birth of a new living thing.

When one life ends, one all ways begins.

This IWB lesson is an appropriate use of technology

because it allows students to be introduced to different life
cycles and how they all follow the same four stages. It gets
what could become a classroom full of squirmy children
listening to a teacher talk at them and flips it to become a
guided lesson that the children discover on their own with
the reading help from the teacher. There is so many
opportunities for students to go to the board and tap, drag,
listen, and watch what the life cycle is all about. It reaches
every type of learning, which I think makes learning that
much more fun all together.
