VIP Lunch Timeline

Thursday, October 30:

Slide for the announcements introducing the VIP Lunch. (build anticipation) Email
to Patty Kamp
Make sure we have wrist bands Check with Samdria Stewart
List of supervisors for each lunch Submit to Lindsay Crow
Verify trash cans are going to be placed in the teaching theatre Check with Trish
Mendez

Monday, November 3, 2014:

Compile a list of all students by alpha and grade Submit to Lindsay Crow in the
AM
Lindsay Crow will submit list of students to AP in order to identify 1st period classes.
Find out where the life size Oscars are located Check with Colette Maxwell

Tuesday, November 4, 2014:

Write wristbands for all students Submit to Lindsay Crow


Put in an iSupport for a computer and speakers in the teaching theatre on Friday
Submit to Coach Love.

Wednesday, November 5, 2014:

Deliver wrist bands to 1st period teachers

Thursday, November 6, 2014:

Send reminder to all people responsible for supervising the lunch with an
expectation of what the event should look like and with any procedures that need
to be covered.
Verify all supplies for decorating are together and ready for decorating.
Print lists of all students by grade level
Send reminder email to the APs about the lunch. Remind them about the changing
of lunch DMC to the walls instead of the stage.

Friday, November 7, 2014:

Decorate for the lunch in the AM (6:45)


Verify everything is ready for lunches.
Remind the APs to announce for those students to go to the line first and come to
the stage.

Monday, November 10, 2014:

Make a list of what went well and what we need to fix for the next time Submit to
Lindsay Crow
