operating Pinch Cake Enterprise with provisions that are set as follows:
Article 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1 All parties agreed to fund operations in the total amount Rp. 150.00,-; (one hundred and
fifty thousand rupiah).

Shahibul Mal finances in cash in amount Rp.150.000, -; (one hundred and fifty thousand
rupiah).

All parties have rights and obligations in this business.

Article 2
PROFIT SHARING
1 Business profits are sales minus expenses.
2. Ratio for the results of the business profits is agreed by all parties who will get the results
10% of the total profits of business is for Shahibul Mal and 90% of the total profits of
business is agreed by Mudharib.
Article 3
OPERATING LOSS
1. Losses essentially shared of all parties in accordance with a large percentage as stated in
Article 1
