RECRUITMENT NOTICE NO.1/2015
ADDENDUM
Reference this Institutes advertisement for inviting online applications for various posts at the AIIMS,
New Delhi being published in Employment News dated 25.04.2015-01.05.2015 and as displayed in the
AIIMS website, it is notified that due to some Technical reasons, the link for applying online will be
available from 05.05.2015 10.00A.M. onwards to 03.06.2015 upto 5.00 P.M.
The interested eligible candidates are advised to keep scanned copies their Photograph, Signature and
Left Thumb Impression ready for uploading alongwith online application as per following instructions:1. Photograph
1) One recent color passport size photographer with white background is required.
2) It should be taken professionally
3) Black & White/Polaroid photographs are NOT acceptable.
4) Photograph MUST be taken on or after 25.04.2015.
5) Photograph must be taken with name of candidate (as in application) and date of taking photograph
i) The photograph must be clicked with a placard that is held by the candidate, indicating
name of candidate and date of taking photograph with white background. In case name
and date are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected.
ii) The name and date on the photograph must be clear and legible.
6) Candidate must have in softcopy/digital of passport size photographer and save it as Candidate
Photograph.jpg (supported formats include gif, png, jpg, jpeg) provided by photographer. Keep
size of photograph minimum, as the maximum size limit is 100 KB.
2. Signature
1) Candidate should put his/her signature in an area of 2 X 3 on paper with a black ball point
pen.
2) Scan that paper. Supported formats of the images include gif, png, jpg, jpeg.
3) Cut signature area of 2 X 3 and save it asCandidate Signature.jpg. Keep size of Signature
minimum, as the maximum size limit is 10 KB to 100 KB.
3. Thumb Impression
1) Candidate should put his/her Left Thumb Impression in an area of 2 X 3 on paper with
stamp pad.
2) Scan that paper. Supported formats of the images include gif, png, jpg, jpeg.
3) Cut Left Thumb Impression area of 2 X 3 and save it as Candidate Left Thumb
Impression.jpg. Keep size of Thumb Impression minimum, as the maximum size limit is 10 KB to
100 KB.
