confirm this and unfortunately the reference book I found this source in did not give
me insight into the author. This report shows me about not only El Paso history in
general but has a specific section dedicated to Sunset Heights. From it I learn how
the area was started and by who. It also gives me insight into other physical
attributes of the area. For example it tells me how the Electric Railway was
implemented. I hope to use this source for overall general research.

Tellez, Alfonso, and Kenneth Hafertepe. Sunset Heights Historic District. Rep. El Paso: Texas
Historical Commission, 1986-1988. Print.
The purpose of this source is to convince the National Park Service that Sunset
Heights is worthy of being a historical sight. It tells me almost everything I need to
know about the area including the architecture and purposes for details, the history,
and significance including in politics, education, and religion as well as many other
things. AN example of its usefulness is the part where it tells me about its
involvement in early education and politics in El Paso. This helps me because not
many other sources offer this information. I hope to use this source for my overall
project.
