Description of Contact
Parent contacted for a meet up with principal, student, and
teacher to discuss classroom issues. Later find out it was
for the other teacher instead of the science teacher. We
discuss method to improve the students grade and also
encourage students parent to check students learning
progress online or through my website.
Parent contacted regarding of students test grade and
some missing assignments. Resolved the issue by
providing parent with extra credit assignment information
and offered test corrections.
Praised student for working efficiently; however, student
has disruptive behavior in class. Excessively talking to
other students during lessons. Insubordination in
following instructions and being disrespectful to
instructor.
