Caregivers, friends, and family of the students can view what the class has posted. When playing the games listed on the blog, they will be implementing awareness. They will also be implementing exploration, infusion, and integration because higher levels of Blooms Taxonomy will be addressed on the blog. Importance of technology: The blog would be important to the students and caregivers because it will be a reference for classwork/homework that was given that day, flipped classroom assignments will be given to help with instruction the following days, resources will be available, communication available, and educational games accessible. Without the blog many educational experiences would be lost. Internet Safety and Student Privacy: Each parent/caregiver will need to sign a consent form stating that their child is allowed to view the blog and participate in the activities on the blog. I also have a monitored comments setting where I will personally review each comment before allowing it to post. Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. My personal goal for this activity is to inspire my students to learn. I want each childs learning experience to benefit from having a new and exciting way to engage in activities. I want the blog to be helpful for the classroom to run smoothly by offering resources and communication options. Other comments about your proposed activity: The blog will be used throughout the school year to keep the students/parents/caregivers updated and will include fun activities that the students can participate in to improve their learning experience.
