Amy has demonstrated her ability to critically reflect on her practice and analyse strengths and weaknesses,
set personal goals and proactively respond to advice given to her.

Professional attitudes and practices

Amy's conduct throughout her practicum was always of a highly professional manner. She demonstrated
respect for individuals and behaved in an ethical manner when engaging with all members of the school
community.
Professional relationships within the school communify
Amy demonstrated effective team skills through contributing to a range of professional teams in line with
personal and professional expertise and interests. Amy planned, and evaluated student learning in
partnership rvith colleagues, teacher aides in order to best promote student learning

Planning

Amy established learning goals and developed plans that reflect curriculum frameworks. She was able to
select and customise activities and her teaching style in order to allow all ability levels to achieve success.
All of Amy's planning meet specified needs and each step was organised in logical sequence.

Amy carefully selected, developed and customised her teaching style to suit the lesson she was presenting
she developed learning strategies and resources that meet specified learning goals and cumiculum
requirements as well as addressing student's prior learning.

Amy established assessment requirements that meet relevant, curriculum frameworks. She moderated with
the year level team to ensure consistency across the cohort. She provided honest, constructive feedback to
students, enabling them to improve on their learning.

Amy's organisation and preparedness was extremely evident. All resources were well sourced and
effectively engaged the students. Amy was able to transition between lessons whilst maintain appropriate
student behaviour. This was carried out through her ability to time manage. Amy always set clear
expectations for student' s behaviour

Amy you have been a pleasure to work with over the past four weeks. When conducting yourself throughout
the prac I found you to be professional and honest. When assessing aprac student I always ask myself would
I like this student to teach my daughter and the answer is definitely yes. Thankyou for all your efforts, you
will be an asset to the teaching profession.
