- As lead developer, I design and produce the Ambassador Training Day at Rutgers University and
induction ceremony, organize and lead monthly Ambassador Training Days, facilitate monthly
leadership lunches with community members, and work one on one with ambassadors to monitor
their progress and polish their leadership skills.

- The Alliance Club: Club Advisor to students who to find ways to make New Brunswick Middle
School a safe and accepting place for ALL, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or personal
relationship preference.
- 6th and 7th Grade Girls Group: Leader of this weekly group meant to encourage girls to work together
to cultivate supportive friendships while helping to develop strategies to assist girls in developing
assertiveness, positive self-image and confidence.
- The ESL Conversation Club: Advisor to this afterschool initiative meant to bring together students
from different cultures and to support English Language Learners in the difficult process of
acculturation.
- 6th Grade Academic Support Group: Group leader to this weekly club created to support students in
danger of retention focusing on study skills, increasing motivation, and exploring the strengths and
learning styles of each student.
