Pursuant to Rule 7.1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the undersigned counsel for
Plaintiffs Petersen Energa Inversora, S.A.U. and Petersen Energa, S.A.U. hereby state that these
parties are non-governmental corporate entities and that:
Petersen Energa Inversora, S.A.U., is a Spanish corporation wholly owned by Petersen
Energa Inversora Holdings, S.A.U., a Spanish corporation which in turn is wholly owned by
Petersen Energa Inversora, S.A., a privately-held Argentine corporation.
Petersen Energa, S.A.U., is a Spanish corporation wholly owned by Petersen Inversiones
Spain, S.A.U., a Spanish corporation which in turn is wholly owned by Petersen Energa
Inversora, S.A., a privately-held Argentine corporation.
No public corporation owns 10% or more of the stock of either plaintiff.

This Disclosure Statement was originally hand-delivered for the Courts convenience and hand-stamped
