Juliette Bergmann Grandprix 2015

BODYBUILDING, BODYFITNESS, CLASSIC BODYBUILDING,
BIKINI FITNESS, MENS PHYSIQUE, WOMENS PHYSIQUE
The Dutch Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, NBBF, proudly
invites all athletes from the Netherlands, Thailand, Kuwait and
Central and Western Europe , to the Juliette Bergmann Grand
Prix 2015 in Bodybuilding for men, Bodyfitness, Classic Bodybuilding, Bikinifitness, Womens- and Mens Physique.
The competition is open only for The Netherlands and competitors from Thailand, Kuwait and all Central and Western European countries, reported and approved by their national federation.

Throughout her career, she personified what many fans see as the ideal female form just
the right combination of curves and muscle, a stunning example of what can be achieved in
female bodybuilding when artistry takes precedence over the relentless pursuit of size.
Catagories & Entree Fee
Categories: The organizer will add or remove categories depending if the amount of competitors gets too high or too low
in each category.

Bodybuilding -80kg, -90kg, -100kg , 100 + and Overall.

Bikini Fitness -163cm, -169cm, 169cm + and Overall

Classic Bodybuilding -180cm, 180cm+ and Overall.

Body Fitness -163cm and -168cm, 168cm + and Overall.

Mens Physique -178cm and 178cm.+ and Overall.

Womens Physique -163cm and 163 m + and Overall

Bodybuilding Juniors -75kg and 75 kg +

Bodybuilding Masters -80kg and 80kg +

Your entry form is attached and must be filled in by the national federation. Deadline for
the entry forms is the 1st of November 2015. No late entry forms will be accepted! The
organizer can close the deadline of entry earlier if the amount of competitors get to high.

Registration
At the registration/weigh in you must pay your entry fee and
present your posing music (BB , CBB & WP). The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in
the posing music.
You must do the weigh in with your posing suit on. Competitors in BF and Bikini Fitness may show their attire at the registration but are still responsible for showing up for competition in suits and attire according to the IFBB rules.
At the registration you will receive badges for competitors
and coaches (one coach for each competitor). Competitors for

Posing Music
All posing music must be on an audio CD. We recommend to use a wave
or mp3 file (256 or 320 kbps).
The posingtime will be 30 seconds for Womans Physique and 60 seconds
for Bodybuilding and CBB.

Tanning
On Site Spray Tanning is done by Bodytan. The service costs about 50 euro. This includes everything needed to get the best possible color and oil.
