I agree with the feedback I could of done better on my lesson plan. I would have the class go through one set of each
lift, then do the second set so the students arent over working that muscle by doing both sets one after the other. I
could come up with a lesson where I would have the class work a certain muscle group and have lift that work the
opposite muscle. I will take their suggestions and use them to make my lesson plans better in the future. Helped me
understand that I need to incorporate the suggestion from classmates.
