Official Grand Opening of the Additive Manufacturing Resource

Centre
HAMILTON (Jan. 09, 15) The Additive Manufacturing Recourse Centre is a
two million dollar one of a kind lab coming to Mohawk College Hamilton.
Through the generous investments of the partners, donors, the federal
government and provincial government who each invested $720,000 this
dream lab became a reality. Mohawk College has received two 3D printers in
order to create the Additive Manufacturing Resource Centre.
On Friday, January 16, 2015 Mohawk College will be celebrating the Grand
Opening of the Additive Manufacturing Resource Centre. It will be a great
opportunity to thank the donors, partners and government officials. As well,
there will be the opportunity to tour the 3D printers to get a better
understanding of how the printers work.

This new lab will be a connection between Mohawk College and the
Community. Not only will students get to experience this one-of-a-kind living
