A is a registered fan manufacturing Company situated in Gujrat doing business all over Pakistan.

B is a distributor of fans who offered A to deliver him 1000 fans till the end of May 2015 and B
will pay A a total sum of 500000 rupees in return.
A accepted the offer and agreed to deliver the fans till 31st of May 2015 and stating:
That B is paying an earnest money of rupees 2 lakh in presence of two truthful witnesses namely
c s/o d and e s/o f on this 30th day of April 2015 and remaining 3 lakh on the delivery of fans.
That if A does not fulfill his part of contract, he will compensate B by paying double the earnest
money i.e. 4 lakh rupees.
That if B retracts from the contract and is not ready to perform the contract, he will have to
forfeit the earnest money.
That none of the parties would be asked to compensate the other in case of failure to fulfill its
part of contract in case of act of God.
That A would be liable in case of any defect in the fans and the issue will be addressed within a
week after the claim.
That B will have the right to claim for any manufacturing and technical defects till 30th day of
June failure to which would defeat the right of B to claim for any performance or compensation.
That if any dispute arises it will be sorted out through arbitration, for that purpose Mr. d would
be the arbitrator.
That if the parties are not satisfied with the decision of the arbitrator, they may have a right to go
the Local courts of competent jurisdiction which would decide the matter according to local laws
of Pakistan.
