How to Log In to ZTE Technical Support Website

Register
Open the technical support website http://support.zte.com.cn. If the

language is Chinese, please click Country/Global-English and you can

enter English page.

Click Register, as shown in the following figure. If you already have a

user account, skip this step.

On the Agreement tab, read the agreement, and then click Agree to go to

the next page.

On the User Type page, select ZTE system equipment user or ZTE

terminal equipment user. Then, please fill in information tab, such

as Login ID, Password, User name etc.

To Obtain Product Documentation
Open the technical support website. Enter the User Name, password,

and verification code, and then click Log In.

Click the Documentation tab, as shown in the following figure.

Then click the Common Document tab, as shown in the following figure.

Click Product Manuals on the left pane. In the Keyword textbox, enter the keyword, and then
click Search. Also you can select product which you interest to find documents through items of
Product Family-Product Category-Product Sub-category-Product Model

Click Product Version can choose the software version and then related documents are
shown in below. Further, click Document List can choose All, zed or Multimedia
document type.

You can select some documents by click boxes on left, and then click Excel

Export to download the documentation list or click Download All to download

all documents you chose.

download the document and you can give a score on this document, submit your view or
questions.
