PUPPY DEPOSIT CONTRACT

THIS LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT CERTIFIES FOR THE FOLLOWING PUPPY:

Breeder has agreed to sell & the Buyer has agreed to buy one AKC Registration possible Siberian
Husky puppy for the Purchase Price named below, under the terms in this Agreement & described as

Deposit:
The buyer agrees to place a NON-REFUNDABLE holding/deposit fee on for a puppy from an
upcoming or current Hindermann Huskies litter. Non-refundable Holding/Deposit Fee in the amount
of $200.00 is required to hold one puppy for Buyer until puppy is at least 8 weeks old & no older
than 10 weeks.

Limited Registration Purchase Price:

The total Purchase Price of the Puppy is $650.00; The Balance Due $350.00, after crediting the
holding/deposit fee of $300.00, will be paid in cash at the time of delivery of the Puppy to the
Buyer. This purchase price does not include any delivery or shipping charges which is calculated

separately. If the remaining balance of $350.00 is not paid within five days from notification of
puppy's availability, Breeder may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation
to buyer.
There are no refunds on holding/deposit fees & failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase
would subject Breeder to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer & retention of
the holding/deposit fees is meant to compensate Breeder for this possible loss. This
holding/deposit fee signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase
of this Puppy.
The Breeder reserves the right to void this transaction & refund the holding/deposit fee if we learn
of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy ( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal
abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research
laboratory etc.)
If the transaction is voided or if the puppy should no longer be available due to illness or through
some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its
new home then, of course, the holding/deposit fee will be returned to the Buyer.

Full Registration Purchase Price:

The total Purchase Price of the Puppy is $ 850.00; The Balance Due $ 550.00, after crediting the
holding/deposit fee of $300.00, will be paid in cash at the time of delivery of the Puppy to the
Buyer. This purchase price does not include any delivery or shipping charges which is calculated

Preferred Method of Payment:

Our preferred method of payment is by Cash or Check. However, we will accept PayPal & if
selected, the transaction will all be done as a secured transaction by PayPal.com & any attempt by
Buyer to reverse or flag this transaction will result in a monetary penalty of $500.00 to be paid
immediately within 10 days.
Please out this agreement, sign it, enclose a Check or Cash for the holding/deposit fee amount &
mail it to the above address. We will not reserve a Puppy until the payment has cleared by your
bank & this Agreement is received. If you need check to be held until certain date for cashing, you
can still send agreement and check and we will not cash check until that date, however, this may

not guarantee you a puppy from desired litter for deposits are cleared before yours. This will,
however, reserve you a puppy from the next litter of your choice. This deposit can also be
refunded to you if no puppy is available upon buyer request.

Shipping of Puppy:
Shipping is available at Buyers expense plus crate & veterinarian health clearance certificate
which usually totals about $500.00. Transportation will be arranged by buyer, however, should be
approved by breeder to ensure health of the puppy.

Delivery Date:
This Puppy will be available for the Buyer to pick up personally in Le Sueur, MN eight weeks from
its birth. This date is based on our estimation of when the puppy will be naturally weaned &
ready to leave its Mom. Typically our puppies stay with their Moms at an absolute minimum of 8
weeks of age, but can go up to 10-12 weeks of age depending on the puppys needs.
If the Buyer is not able to pick up the puppy on the agreed upon Delivery Date, we will be glad to
continue caring for the Puppy for a reasonable time, limited to 14 days unless otherwise arranged,
but we will add a charge of $10.00 per day for boarding for every day after the scheduled pickup
date

Delivery Charge:
For deliveries within an hour and a half, the Breeder is also happy to personally deliver puppies to
their new homes or to meet the Buyer at some agreed in-between location. We will charge $0.75
cents times the round-trip mileage we drive as a delivery charge outside of an hour and a half to
your home. This Delivery Charge is designed to pay for our gasoline & out of pocket expenses on a
trip & may actually be more than 75 cents per mile depending on individual circumstances &
destination
It is hereby set forth in this contract that if any terms or conditions of this contract are or do
become illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any one jurisdiction (Such as Buyers residential
jurisdiction), it is understood that it shall not affect the legitimacy and/or enforceability of any
other provisions set forth in this contract and, in addition, it is hereby understood and agreed that
if such terms and conditions are or become illegal, invalid, unenforceable in such aforementioned
jurisdiction, The Breeders hereby reserve the right to take action in another jurisdiction (such as
Breeders residential jurisdiction) to enforce such provisions in which prior tried jurisdictions had
been attempted and failed; This is to include international affairs as well.
We, the undersigned, have read this contract and had ample time to discuss and have questions
answered and hereby agree that by signing below, we fully understand and agree to the terms and
conditions set forth in this contract. The written terms of this contract constitute the entire
contract between Puppy Buyer and Breeder. No other written, verbal or implied statements,

promises, documents, or writings shall not have any effect on this contract unless whereas stated
in the above.

It is mutually agreed upon that any violation of this contract will result in a minimum
fine of $500 PER offense and the Puppy Buyer is responsible for ANY/ALL costs incurred
in ensuring contract fulfillment.

By signing below, I/we hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth within this
contract and certify that I/we have read this Contract in full, understand its complete
contents, and agree to it entirely. This contract is hereby legally binding and enforceable
