Cross Sectional Study In General Hospital Dompu Regency

Supervision is important to support managerial system because the
unmaximal supervision can influence the nursing care implementation
The aim of this research was studing correlation between supervision and nursing
care implemantation In General Hospital Dompu Regency
This research is using cross sectional design. The respondent are 37
respondents that collected by using clauster samping. The independent variables
supervision and the idependent variables is nursing care implementation. The data
was collected by using questioner and observation and the result analyzed with
Spearmans Rho correlation, with significance level at p 0.005.
The result of this research should was a correlation between supervision
and nursing care implementation with significance level at p = 0.001, r= 0.529.
It can be concluded that there was correlation between supervision and
nursing care implementation. To incrase the nursing care implementation need
standard of and supervitions implementation. Training and education increase
the nurses knowledge by giving.
