Pate Dawson is a large UniPro partner.
Management structure includes VP, District, and Rep (3 levels).
Pate Dawson purchased Southern Foods in 2010 and has been
integrating with their systems ever since. Southern Foods was more
focused on fine dining and gave Pate Dawson the opportunity to
expand beyond southern family style foods to more white tablecloth.
It also gave them the ability to deliver fresh seafood and meats.
Broadliners in the south are more diverse and we may find deliver
more produce, disposables, and seafood than they do in DMV.
