2015 Board of Directors/Others

We have had two very successful

activities sponsored by the club. The
first was the despooking/confidence
building get together. This was our
second one. It seems to be something
of interest to a wide variety of folks
including those from outside the
dressage/eventing community.
Nancy Leverenz's lecture on
The Biomechanics of the Horse in
Motion was well attended and very
interesting. We had two new people
join the club and a previous member
rejoin. Maybe we are onto something?

She would do more work on putting this together.

Dr. Nancy Leverenz Biomechanics of the Horse

Our own demonstrator horse, Carrot, who was a very good boy to
stand patiently for the lecture by Dr. Nancy Leverenz DVM gave
January 24 at High Desert Stables.
The name of the lecture is The Horse in Motion. She discussed the
bio dynamics of the moving horse.

I have retired my two Thoroughbred eventers.
I don't want to have their Dressage Saddle gathering dust
in the tack room and am offering it for sale to any of your
members who might be interested. If anyone should be
interested I can make the saddle available to be ridden to
see if the prospective buyer likes its fit.
