    Show Cause (INCIDENT)

    The above matter refers.


    There was a complaint against you that on (DATE, TIME), (elaborate the incident happen)
    Refer to our in-house rules & regulation under clause clause 22 by Wilful insubordination or
    disobedience of the lawful or reasonable order of any superior / officer of the Company.
    You are, therefore, required to reply this show cause notice within three days of the receipt of
    this letter. In case you failed to reply within the stipulated period it would be presumed that you
    have nothing to explain in your defense and ex-parte action will be initiated against you.
