I, Jose Basa, legal age, single, resident of Cupang, Muntinlupa City, after
having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1.

That I am working as the Chief Maintenance Staff at the Evil World

Condominium in Alabang, Muntinlupa City;

2.

That I have been working for 22 years for said Evil World

Condominium.
3.

That the rooftop of the said condominium is my assigned

workplace.
4.

That I have a shifting schedule for my work from 7am to

5pm/7pm-6am

depending

on

the

need

for

General

Services

of

the

Condominium;
5.

That on October 15-20, my work schedule was 7pm-6am and from

October 20-30, my work schedule was 7am-5pm which I was assigned to the
various units and rooftop of the said Condominium;
6.

That during those times, I did not hear nor saw any ILLEGAL OR

SUSPICIOUS ACTS whatsoever in the units, rooms and rooftop of the said
condominium;
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
