Comprehensive classroom technology plans help to provide a guidance of a lesson.

Through the standards, students roles, audience, format, and topic. It gives teachers a tool of how
to assess the children through a lesson. Action plans of directions of how to complete activities
with resources to use for clarity of the topic which gives structure to a student to complete the
assignment. As we use technology visual and performing arts, social interaction and
comprehension can help a child grow to understand the world around them and how to interact
within a school setting.
Website of Active- movement lyrics and listening skills: the sites were used to help create active
movements which may help with verbal communication language skills. As children learn to use
their sense of listening language development can occur, such as the Sons Exercise to the
Alphabet. This song is geared for exercise and fitness (Hartmann J.). children are encouraged to
do different movements while singing the letters of the alphabet. For example, the children will
march and say the letter A, and the word Action, then the letter B and the word Baseball, etc. the
children should use their listening skills to understand when the movement has changed. This
will help the children to learn to use the listening skills that will help them use cognitive and
social interaction with peers, teachers and anyone they may come into connection with on their
journey in a school setting. The grade level for this assignment is geared towards children on a

kindergarten level from the age of four to five. According to the NJ Common Core Standards
1.1.2.B, that the elements of music is explored through verbal and listening skills. This activity
gives a child the structure to enhance both skills to help them become a successful student in a
school setting (New Jersey Education Resource) (2014).
Video Chat: This tool gives the student a visual aid of how other cultures, beliefs and traditions
are of importance to our community and our personal lives. The children engage in online video
chats and will have the opportunity to view and to speak to other children around the world. This
will help to share the difference of diversity from one student to another. Another tool they can
engage in would be a video of families, this will show how cultures and the difference from your
own belief. The purpose of this activity shows that each one of the students are unique with
culture, religion, and beliefs within our community. According to the New Jersey Common
Standards CS 6.5.4. Active citizen in the twenty- first century (New Jersey Education Resource).
This is an informative interaction activity that gives a clear view of diversity and sharing family
values. This will help students to learn to adapt to others in different environments as the channel
throughout their social environment with others.
Websites- YouTube videos of counting: This activity is geared to help children with
compensation and numbers which may help to engage the importance of math. How numbers are
all around us such as counting objects and understanding that one plus one equals two. Counting
is the first step to learning math and having a passion for learning. The activity helps to connect
counting and colors with the resources of school buses until the number of school buses equal to
the number ten. Then the activity reviews what was just learned for clarity so the child can
understand and actually listen (www.schoolbusandcounting). According to the New Jersey Core
Standards K.C.C. I think this activity is geared for kindergarten from the age of four to five years

of age. The importance of math literacy help students to enjoy math and how it helps to connect
with the world we live in with the resources of technology.
There will be different pros and cons of using technology to differentiate instructions in a
classroom setting. The cons may be that too much technology and would replace the old methods
of using books and chalkboards. Children have too much technology, how can one find
creditability material to support topics or research. Another would be the library using them for a
resource to learn and explore literacy. The pros of using technology to support a teaching lesson
would be to use it as a tool to help engage in the lesson which may become a teachable moment
that will be a valuable lesson. As a teacher, exploring different methods to teach technology
seems to have more resources available to teach different lessons.
In conclusion, this activity has helped with engaging technology to support teaching
lessons. They understand why lessons are taught with the purpose of Common Core Standards.
Raft cards are tools that help teachers and students have clarity of the lesson and resources to
engage in activity. As new teachers having key resources to teach children can help them to
become successful teachers in a school setting. That may help them to master the moments and
the gift of teachable moments to each child in care.
