ARCHETYPES OF TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE
These archetypes of metamorphosis personify the process of seeking out new
options; tearing down what no longer serves; committing to people, values, and
activities; and, creating new forms. They are expressed most often in individuals
(adolescence, mid-life, retirement, etc.) and organizations in times of transition, and all
of them want to maximize personal freedom and fulfillment. When all four are
awakened within individuals or orgaizations they become ready for THE RETURN.
