    A current organization structure:

    Total number of workers: 6

    3 workers for young calf management.


    1 worker for 6 month greater calf.
    2 workers in corals and other 1 in pen 6.
    Workers work in two shifts.
    Morning
    Evening

    Their Duties:

    Feeding
    Cleaning
    Treatment

    Feeding:
    Suckling for young stock occurs two times in a day .
    First at 5.30 am
    Second at 4 pm

    F e e d in g

    At 3 pm weaning performed for the heifers.


    Two times in a day buckets were washed and water changed.

    Cleaning :

    suckling
    weaning
    bucket
    washing and
    water filling

    All cages are cleaned only once in a day.

    Treatment :

    Regular check ups .


    Schedule vaccinations .
    Taking to doctor for treatment.

    Note:
    There are no standards of human capital required for calf management. It
    totally depends upon dairy to hire human capital, according to their needs.
    The only missing resource is a vet.
