Project Life cycle course summary:

There are six process of project management life cycle. I went through
all of them to make my project successful. They include:
Identification: First I identified the ideas that I had thought for my
project and choose one (ICT study map) for my project work.
Analysis: I analysed what I have planned for the project and thought
about the different ways I could design to make my project successful.
Example:

Design: My study map design about ICT had correct information to

design and draw different in my map study. E.g. My map design about
the inside computer must be the way it is in the real computer if its not it
will be difficult for someone to understand and could be failure.

Implementation: By this stage I made sure I finished my project and

achieve the information that needed to be in the project.
Testing: After finishing the project I tested to check if it works properly
and to see the design I made is correct. I made sure that if I am missing
some diagrams on the map or any information it is similar to testing.

Evaluation: After the completion of the project I analysed the

effectiveness and direction of the project. I asked my client to judge
about the progress and its impact. E.g. for my map design teacher will
check if I have done it correct way and tell me the missing information I
need to keep within my project.

My client handed questionnaire to individual IT students and asked them

if they like the map designed for students. My client received positive
feedback from questionnaire about how to make it more interesting and
figured out some problems with the map. When I finish my project after

solving the problems, I took an interview from students that is doing IT

course or people interested in IT, just to see if they like it or not and is it
helpful using my project for the IT course. It will not have a great benefit
for them in studying ICT but still people can get idea and try to make
similar to my design for studying.
