AFFIDAVIT
I, MRS.PORFIRIA M. GERSON, 62 years old, married and a
resident of Brgy. 1,Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, after being duly sworn in
accordance with the law do hereby depose and say:
1. That I work as a school canteen-in-charge in Immaculate Heart
Academy in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental;
2. That I am working in the said institution for 19 years already;
3. That I am not retiring this year and I will be retiring only when I
reach the age of 65.
That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the
foregoing facts.
