2. Heavy machinery and equipments
3. physical exertion
4. Physical injury
5. physical performance if performed incorrectly can be very dangerous
6. dehydration
7. Asthma
8. Hygiene, germs risk of infection.
9. Trip hazard
Solutions:
1. Correct gym wear should be worn, Trainers fitted clothes that wont get
caught on equipment etc.
2. Equipment turned off when not in use.
3. Wear heart rate monitor.
4. Stretch and warm up before ever session.
5. Make sure technique is correct before performing it.
6. Drink plenty of water between sets.
7. Bring Asthma pump.
8. Use hygiene wipes provided for all equipment.
9. Pack and stack weights.
