Management Dept. Emirates Airlines Engineering Centre.
Brief About Some Items Handled :
-

Majority of Cabin Items, Sensors, Power Supplies, Electric Boards, Tools, and
Equipments sent for calibration & PLT.
Duties& Responsibilities Briefly:

Monitoring and follow up of all new Repair Orders.

Continuously check part criticality and follow-up with vendors on suitable


repair arrangements to assure remedy and control over nil stock/ AOG.

Scrutinize to ascertain correctness of all Repairs Cost Estimates/ Quotes against


the standard costs, Work-scope, actual from the previous ROs.

Approving invoices and Quotes with the LOA.

Raise scrap notes for components declared as un repairable or beyond economic


repair (BER), as instructed by Repair Engineer.

Perform such of the other clerical / batch process tasks, as follows.


a) Data entry to update Repair Order status details in EMPACS for all
concerned to track process, overdue/ performance monitoring of vendors;
b) Clearance of Stores Discrepancy Reports.
c) Data extract for periodic reports generation.
d) Preparing case papers, statistical statements and reports

1- From 01st, JUN 2007 to 01st, April 2012 (5 Years).As Engineering Repairs Coordinator
In the Component Management Dept. Emirates Airlines Engineering Centre.

Emirates Group DANATA.


Duties& Responsibilities Briefly:

Report for duty at the allocated area on-time, maintaining the Company uniform
& grooming standards. Transfer desk to Handel misconnection and flight
disruption

Establish quality atmosphere at work place by delivering consistent quality


services, which complies with agreed Service Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) in- order to achieve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints related
to service failure or attitude

To plan and according to the briefing received from the Supervisor or Airline on
various functions to be performed as per the required procedures for handling
specific flights

Ensure that the equipment at the designated work area (check-in / boarding
gates / transfer desks) are functional before starting the flights and any faults are
reported promptly

Maintain safety and security by consistently applying the Company's Safety


Policy and security standard while executing their duties

Be proactive in assisting co-workers and seniors in specific passenger service


activities pertaining to (but not limited to) functions performed at check-in,
Gates and Transfer Desk.

Prepare for the performance Matters (PM) reviews by compiling evidence for
accomplished objectives and proof of any achievements

Effectively implement contingency procedures in the event of System outage
