This agreement is made on 28 July 2013.

BETWEEN:
1. Bilal Foundation, Pakistan.
2. Al Nasr Foundation, Pakistan.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
That in consideration of the mutual terms and conditions to be adhered to by the said
parties, both the first party and the second party hereby agrees that they shall continue to
work for the betterment of Education and Health and protection of the rights of Minorities in
different areas of the country.
Both the first party and the second party hereby covenants and agrees that it shall fully
support and cooperate with each other in any way required by either party while working for
the advancement of Education and Health and protection of the rights of Minorities in the
country.
This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their successors.
This agreement is not intended to confer any benefits to a third party or otherwise.
IN WITNESS where of these parties have executed this agreement on 28 July 2013.
