The small diameter Cement Bond Tool uses a single acoustic transmitter and
dual acoustic receivers spaced at 3' and 5' to accurately measure the quality of
the cement job in a cased hole environment.
The tool uses an oil filled mandrel and all ceramic transducers to withstand the
hostile environment of the well bore and provide good stability over the operating
range of the tool.
The electronics section is constructed using state of the art surface mount electronics modules mounted in a ruggedized package. The Dual Receiver Bond log
tool can be stacked with Gamma-Ray-CCL, Neutron & Compensated Neutron
tools.
