1) The Qualifications and Pay-Scales for the posts of Asstt Prof. and Librarians and Dir.of
Phy.Education are as per rules prescribed by UGC, Govt of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule
University, Pune from time to time.
2) Candidates will have to attend the interview alongwith Online printed application form.
3) Application must be enclosed with the certified xerox sets of the original documents pertaining to
Educational qualification, Date of birth, Caste and the Caste Validity Certificate at the time of
interview
4) Candidates must have to produce all original documents at the time of interview
5) Candidates have to attend the interview at their own expenses.
6) The above Number of vacancies will be filled in on clock hour basis only, as per Director of Higher
Education (H.Edn.) Maharashtra State, Pune letter No.NGC/2001/NetSet/31300 /PR/Mavi-1 dt.
26/11/2001 and subject to approval of the Government /University.

-- 3 -7) Candidates shall not have any right on these posts in future.
8) The posts reserved for backward class candidate will be filled in by the candidates (Domicile of
State of Maharashtra) belonging to that particular category only. If candidates belonging to
particular category are not available candidates belonging to other category will be considered only
for Temporary Local appointment i.c. six months or upto the Selection Committee, whichever is
earlier.
9) Every candidate should read the instructions carefully & submit the application form online as per
the guidelines given below.
