We are writing for and in behalf of our client, ________________, in relation to

the letter of __________, dated ______________, informing ___________ that, in
compliance with the Civil Service Commissions Decision in Case No. ____________,
she may report back for work. The said letter also stated that the Order of the CSC
contained in its Decision/s abovementioned, e.g. payment of backwages, is without
prejudice to the final resolution of the Appeal/Petition filed by the __________ before
the appellate court.

However, in the said letter, there was no mention of the computation of the
backwages awarded to her, pursuant to the aforementioned Decision. Hence, we are
reiterating our demand that we be furnished with a copy of the formal and proper
computation of the backwages which our client is entitled to receive from the time
she was illegally dismissed up to the time that she is actually reinstated in the
service.

Furthermore, we likewise respectfully request that arrangements be

promptly made for the immediate payment of the backwages awarded to
____________ after our demand for computation is complied with.
