Throughout my time at the Agents office I have been able to redesign a specific sales processes. This has allowed the
office to move from a strictly ominous results only strategy to a measurable activity based monitoring strategy. This
change not only contributed to my record breaking sales year but also increased my teams performance by ~10%.
Furthermore, I established a free additional advertising campaign through the use of social media and of my own
volition became the offices only health insurance specialist providing an entirely new revenue stream for the Agent.

Accomplishments
During my tenure at Florida TaxWatch I had the opportunity to research and write on topics concerning the Florida
Legislature in order to educate the public and create positive economic change. My contributions were diverse and
an impacful part of a unified cause to create change in the areas of Economic Development, Public Pensions, Health
Care & Aging, Government Cost Savings and the administration of the Prudential-Davis Productivity Awards. I also
worked as the Press Communications Coordinator and was able to place our editorials in highly circulated online
and print publications. This required me to coordinate with public officials, the governors office, and press & media.
