This 4-hour training course teaches security operators how to use ProWatch software to react to and manage access control transactions and alarms. Operators will learn to acknowledge, clear, and view alarms on maps and CCTV as well as control hardware like locks. They will also learn to configure event types and monitors, show cardholder photos, and use status groups. The training requires a ProWatch demo system and basic access control and Windows knowledge.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this training course is to introduce ProWatch Security Operators to react on Transactions and Alarms in ProWatch, to acknowledge and to clear them. REQUIREMENTS: Participants to this course should have knowledge of Basics in access control PC and Windows XP operation Training Topics: Theory of Access Control in General using Honeywell Integrated security equipment. Configuration of the Event Monitor, Event Types, Transactions. Alarm Monitor, Acknowledge Events, Clear Events, Show Alarm on Map, Show Alarm CCTV View, Play captured Video (if applicable). Hardware Control via Alarm Monitor (Lock, Unlock, Momentary Unlock etc.) Event Instruction, Show cardholder picture. Status groups Session Duration The time period to be reserved for this training session is approx 4 hours including one (1) intermediate break. Venue Requirements. Trainer The usual presentation tools should be available including 1 operational PW5000/6000 demo system.
