8 9:15 NORTHWEST TERRITORY: featuring Ashlands own Mary Kettering. Back by popular demand, NWT has been performing
its own unique style of music since 1989, including bluegrass, country, folk, gospel and original material. A fast paced and vibrant stage

Thursday June 18 BLUE LUNCH: Now in Its 30th anniversary season, Blue Lunch belongs to a rare breed of roots bands. This 8
piece group indeed plays the blues and so much more. Their performance will include doo-wop harmonies, Chicago & New Orleans
style blues and explorations of different periods of rhythm & blues. From the Cleveland area, they pack a big punch as musicians and
entertainers.

Sunday June 21 ASHLAND AREA COMMUNITY CONCERT BAND: Traditional Fathers Day favorite, AACCB, led by Ashland
Universitys Director of Bands (retired) Leonard Salvo, returns. Recognized as one of Ohios finest, the ensemble performs a wide
variety of music, including Broadway selections, classic marches and masterworks for concert band. Members of this exciting part of
the Ashland Community hail from Ashland and the surrounding area, brought together by their common interest in concert band style
performance.

Thursday June 25 CELLOCENTRIC: Guitarist Doug Wood, bassist Darren Frate & cellist Tara Hanish deftly blend their instruments to
create a unique and well balanced ensemble. Along with original compositions, they mix styles of classical, rock, folk, pop, and new age
along with an interpretation of While My Guitar Gently Weeps as While my Cello Gently Weeps and even tackle the Spider-Man
theme.

Sunday June 28 1910 FRUITGUM COMPA NY: In 1967 this group was signed to a recording contract with Buddah Records. The
first release in 1968 Simon Says became a hit in the US & Europe. Followed by 1-2-3 Red Light and Indian Giver, all became gold
records leading to nine albums. Today the group is back with a lineup of great vocalists and musicians who perform the original hits
along with the top hits of the 60s.

Thursday July 2 JOHN ADAMS BAND: John Adams had the privilege to perform with John Denver in 1988 during a TV special in
Europe. Together they performed a duet of Whispering Jesse. Mr. Denver was amazed at how much the two sounded the same. Due
to Mr. Denvers untimely death, the two were unable to meet again as planned.
John Adams began learning John Denvers music in 1972 and is committed to keeping his music alive, much to the appreciation of

Sunday July 5 28 Ashland Symphony Orchestra: The Pops in the Parks concert returns to celebrate Independence Day with the
Ashland Area Chorus and Battery D, the 1st Ohio Light Artillery Company to lead the 1812 Overture, Maestro Arie Lipsky conducts.

Thursday July 9 UNITED STATES AIR FORCE BAND OF FLIGHT: The USAF Band of Flight is a 14- member ensemble, based at
Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, that provides top notch, high energy entertainment for the whole family. This exciting group of Airmen
musicians demonstrates the hallmarks of quality, innovation, and entertainment bringing a unique and diverse combination of musical
stylings to the concert stage.

Sunday July 12 SWEET BEATS: Beatles Tribute Band: Dressed in original Beatles costumes and equipped with all of the original
Beatles instruments, the Sweet Beats recreate Beatle mania by performing their best known hits. These four excellent musicians bring
back the sounds of one of the most prolific and beloved groups in recording history.

Sunday July 19 AMERICAN FEDERATION OF MUSICIANS LOCAL 159 JAZZ BAND: For over 100 years the AMF has been
synonymous with professionally performed music of all styles. The AMF Jazz Band, Directed by Dan Adams, exemplifies this tradition
with talented musicians and vocalists presenting the big jazz band sounds.
Thursday July 23 KRISTINE JACKSON: Kristine Jackson, lovingly known by her fans as KJ, had an early career as a trumpet player
backing up world class vocalists. She has since made a name for herself as a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist, and has been a full
time musician since 2004. Performing mainly as a solo act, both versatile and adaptable, she can arrange a powerful band and have the
stage rockin with energy, or mellow down and mesmerize audiences with just her voice and guitar. Her set-list is not easily categorized,
at any given show you will hear original and cover material with traces of roots, gospel, blues, folk, Motown, country, and much more.
Kristine has opened for or performed with Joe Bonamassa, Lonnie Brooks, Nora Jean Bruso and Robert Cray to name a few.

Sunday July 26 LENOX AVENUE EXPRESS: With the very smooth and versatile voice of Dwight Lenox, the songs of the great
vocalists such as, Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Tony Bennet, come to life on stage. Backed by the outstanding musicianship of his 8 piece
band, including a brass section, the Lenox Avenue Express will provide a great evening of entertainment with a special Sinatra tribute.

Thursday July 30 GARCIA & SCOTT: This contemporary singing and songwriting duo, also husband and wife, have developed a
sound all their own. Gary Scotts percussive guitar style, strong lead and harmony vocals with Dalia Garcias percussion fill the bill. The
couple performs in both English and Spanish.
Sunday August 2 KRUSH: Experienced professional musicians Keith Kobilack, Kevin Kobilack and Garry Denney lead this high
energy classic rock group from Ashland, Ohio. Their distinctive style of danceable classic rock is combined with a unique stage show
that if family friendly and very entertaining.

Thursday August 6 THE ALL OHIO STATE FAIR BAND: Directed by Donald F. Santa-Emma since 1998 and founded in 1925, the
band is made up of musicians from throughout Ohio. This special event is sponsored by Ashland Bicentennial Committee to honor the
formation of the Band shells concert series. The bands last appearance here was July 31, 2003 when Louis E. Doc Pete, Ashlands
Mr. Music, influential musician and beloved music teacher, was again honored for his past contributions to Ashlands music scene and
the construction of the Guy C. Myers Memorial Band Shell. This performance is a wonderful addition to our series in celebration of
Ashlands Bicentennial.

Sunday August 9 THE ALLIANCE CHORUS: Directed by David Calland, This A Level championship mens 4-part harmony a capella
chorus entertains with their dynamic voices and stage presence. Fans of barbershop and a capella style singing will be especially
pleased with the performance that promises something for everyone. The 40 member group competes and has medaled in international
competitions.

Thursday August 13 JONATHAN KINGHAM & RYAN SHEA SMITH: Both award winning song writers, the duo provides a soothing
blend of country, pop, folk and jazz. Excellent musicianship with Ryan on keyboards and Jonathans outstanding guitar meet with
soulful vocals, lyrical genius and outstanding arrangements for a show that is perfect for all ages.

Sunday August 16 OPUS: Ashland Regional Ballet with OPUS II Dance Studio, Sarah Cyders, Artistic Director. Ashland Regional
Ballet developed as an outgrowth of Opus II Dance Studio in 1989. Opus II was founded in 1982. The Dancers in both the school &
company study and perform in a wide range of styles, including ballet, modern, jazz and tap, offering great entertainment for the entire
family and a richer artistic atmosphere in our community.
