Determine feasible product offerings and link them to the branding, design, and cost
requirements of specific Chinese customers and segments.
PHiQs role
As a natural extension of our service suite, PHiQs China Services are aimed at
assisting clients with the design and implementation of business strategies that
involve sourcing products and components from, or exporting products to, China.
Through our Shanghai office we are able to not only access local market intelligence
in formulating strategies, but we are also able to offer ground level assistance in
implementing them as a turnkey solution.

Engagement
Success fees for China Services range from 5% to 10% of net wholesale invoices,
depending on how such services are integrated with other PHiQ services.
