and troubleshooting and maintaining over 500 computers and various
network equipment

2005 - 2008

Assigned as the day shift helpdesk supervisor for 30 member team

servicing over 1,000 clients with various computer and network issues in
Japan. Also coordinating shift schedule, training, leave and while
maintaining a steady workload daily. Primary point of contact for
implementing new help desk procedures from HQ Air Force, coordinating
with lower level privilege access personnel deploy these assets.

2003 2005

Assigned as the Cyber System Operation Manager for the Communication

Squadron in Portugal. Responsible for security of the NATO and UN
secure and non-secure network. Constant monitoring of both networks,
ensuring secure communication transmission over the network. Also,
deploy security patches for workstation are the identified as vulnerable to
attack or not in compliance with Air Force Cyber Security standards.
