teachersinthedistrict.Shewishestotrainallhighschoolteachersinthedistrictintheuseof
flippedandblendedlearning,whichisheredefinedastheeffectivecreationandimplementation
oforiginalvideosbyteacherstobeimplementedintheclassroomashomeworkforstudentsor
tobeviewedinclass.Toachievethisgoal,teacherswillfirstneedtobetrainedinthetechnical
skillsrequiredtocreateanddistributedigitalvideocontent.

Toachievethisgoal,Irecommendthedevelopmentofafacetofaceprofessional
developmenttrainingsessionincludinganintroductionvideotobeviewedbyteacherspriorto
attendingthesessionandajobaidintheformofaseriesofvideosembeddedinaGoogle
Document.

ProjectGoal
ThegoalofthisprojectistodevelopaprofessionaldevelopmentsessionbyDecember
1sttotrain100%ofhighschoolteachersinthe

distributedigitalvideos.Editingvideoandbestpracticesinimplementationwillnotbepartof

Conductresearchamonghighschoolteacherswithinthedistricttodeterminethe
appropriatePCprogram(s)tobeusedintrainingteachersinthecreationofdigitalvideo.
Createadesigndocumentofnomorethan5pagesthatdetailsthedevelopment
processtobecompletedinconstructingtheprofessionaldevelopmentsession.
CreatethefinaldeliverablesforreviewpriortoDecember1st.
AYouTubevideoofnomorethan10minutesintroducinghighschoolteachersin
thedistricttothecontentandgoalofthetrainingsession.
Afacetofaceprofessionaldevelopmentsessionofnomorethan45minutesthat
willgiveteachersthetoolsrequiredtocreateanddistributedigitalvideos.
Ajobaidtosupportteachersinthecontinueduseofthecontentofthesession.
Implementtheprofessionaldevelopmentsessioninthreeidenticalsessionnottoexceed
45minuteseachonMarch5th,12th,and19th.
