HOW ADULT EDUCATION IS FUNDED

Adult education is funded based on how many students make their gain. The school
board want to see students make a gain from their TABE pre-test to their post test.
For example, if a student gets 50% of the questions right on the pre test, the board
is looking for that student to gain higher than the initial 50% on the post test.
