In the software score entry box on page 5, the


examiner entered a score of 7 for stories 3 & 4 when
they were not administered. A score of 5 was entered
for stories 5 & 6 when the actual score recorded on

Understanding Directions

The start point for K-4 is Picture 2, not picture 4. Even


if 4 was the correct start point, the examiner should
have stopped after picture 5 as a score between 9 & 15
requires the examiner to discontinue testing.

the examiner wrote the number correct as 15 when it
should be 16.

Ceiling was originally reached at item 25. Though, the


examiner needed to ask items 26 & 27 in order to

therefore the examiner should have continued testing
