Activity 2: [In pairs] Read this Cheese-Topped Chops recipe. Then

read it to your partner.
1. Pour a little chicken broth over the chops.
2. Chop the mushrooms, shallots, and cheese.
3. Mix the mushrooms, shallots, cheese, and chilli in a
bowl.
4. Broil the chops.
5. Put the chops in a dish.
6. Spread the cheese mixture over the chops.
7. Broil the chops and cheese mixture for a few
minutes.
8. Serve the chops with French bread and a fresh
spinach and mushroom salad.
