What did this project bring to you?

This project has extended my knowledge about drop-out and the techniques of preventing it. I've also had a chance to
exchange experience with teachers from 6 different countries which has been really educative and valuable.
The project has given me the opportunity to know several school systems and the students' problems for each country.
It was also a way to discover other cultures and traditions. This experience was excellent to know better EU and Turkey.
It allowed us to get aware of certain realities that you can't really see when you travel just like a tourist. For me, it was
an unforgettable experience!

I met different people and cultures. I awared about necessity learn of a new language. I believe that this project
helped to increase of the quality of the education.
The knowledge of a country, its culture and its economic problems. The exchange with teachers of other country of
Europe on educational questions
improved my skills
To know other countries.
The project enable to me to interact with different cultures. I discovered that the world becomes so small when we
share experiences, difficulties and successes. Together we can do more and better, but for that we need commitment.
Personnaly, It was a very enrichening experience as I learned a lot about how people live and about their history.
I really improved my ICT skills as I've learnt to create a website (thanks to Natividade); it was really great to work with
teachers from others countries, to cooperate with them, to decide, to plan new activities so the project could become
a great project. Thanks to everyone once again
This project has given me more motivation and better understanding of the subject and the countries involved.
New friends. A better knowledge about early dropout and about other cultures. I also improve languages skills.
I can say that I changed my Outlook in life. Made raising awareness. I've gotten to know different cultures and their
friends.
Opportunity to meet new people, make new friends. Real possibility to motivate my students to learn the language as
they could experience the chance to use the language in real-life situations - while mobilities, while meeting guests
who visited our school and when communicating with their new friends online. New ideas for work in class with
students, new ideas for next projects. Great travel experience and hope that the project managed to show our
students that travelling is the best way to grow up, learn not only the foreign language but also how to become
independent and responsible. I also hope that the students have improved social skills.
At first I've not only developed my self-confidence but also I help to develop my students' self-confidence. It broadens
my students educational vision in order to encourage them to attend school that makes me very happy and be proud
of my occupation. I've realized that if we want something we can reach it. With this project I recognize myself more
and be aware of my surrounding. Ive improved my language skills. I have many nice friends from Europe. I have had a
chance to be in contact with my students' parents more. I have had a chance to see different educational systems and
compare with us. I have learned different cultures, different places, different people, ideas, food, lifestyles... My ICT
skills have been improved by the project.

The project enabled me to get to know different realities and to value and improve mine. It was a fantastic experience
as I could interact and communicate with other people and so realising that the world we live in is different but in
many ways the same, mainly in what concerns values and feelings. Wherever you are you should try to build good
relationships with people, respect them, learn about them and teach your students by being a role model to them.
It was really unbelievable experience for me. I saw lots of different things. Also we applied them in our school.
