Sir. It is to inform you that 1.7. Department have decided to provide Horizontal connectivity to 375 health institutions across the state under Odisha State Wide Area Network (OSWAN) that includes three Medical Colleges, 32 DHHs, 26 SDH Hs and 314 Block CHCs. BSNL has been engaged as the Executive Agency for this project. BSNL, being the Executive Agency will install equipment like Router, managed switches, UPS Stabilizer, Modem, Racks etc. in each of the health institutions mentioned above. BSNL will also do necessary internal electrical wiring to make these equipment functional, You are therefore, requested to take immediate steps to: 1. Provide 50 Sqft. dust free and secured space preferably within an Air-conditioned room to house the equipment. Arrange for receipt and stock entry of the equipment, 3. Provide uninterrupted access to BSNL officials for proper maintenance of equipment, 4. Make provision for deposit of the recurring monthly electricity expenses, This may be treated as extremely urgent and complied forthwith. Further, in case of any doubt I.T.
