All,
Today, Friday May 1, 2015 our offices will be closing today at 1:30 PM. The following are
announcements regarding the 2015-16 Renewal Process, May 2015 Meeting dates and
311 calls. This has been an especially busy and challenging time for this agency and the
City and our hearts go out to the communities that have been affected. Our new renewal
process has gone well but, the recent events have made it difficult for some of our
licensees to complete the process.
License Renewals 2015-2016:
The Board will not enforce penalties for not picking up renewed licenses by April 30,
2015. Licensees will have until Thursday, May 7, 2015 to pick and pay for renewals.
May 2015 Meetings Dates:
The board will meet on May 14 and May 28, 2015.
The board will not meet on May 7 and May 21, 2015.
311 Calls:
Due to the curfew, after hours / curfew violations are being coordinated with the Police
Department since this is a violation of 4.18 Illegal Conduct. These cases will be brought
to the board at a later date. We will have inspection staff on call throughout the weekend
during operating hours.
