General Rules
Pay respect to the Senpai by using
proper language and helping them
with anything they ask including club
activities to pouring their drinks.
Do not be better than your Senpai or
point out flaws in their plans.
Kouhai must ensure that Senpai are
given priority to seats and help with
carrying luggage etc.

Pros
Allows for mentoring.
Ensures that respect is given.
Provides structure.
Cons
Can be confusing when relationships arent
clear. Example: older but newer employee.
Skills and knowledge are not considered.
