Dear Sir,
Reference to your letter dated December 17, 2011 regarding media partner of Physics Olympiad
Radio Aamar has decided to be a media partner of this event. According to the media partner rules of
Radio Aamar, the following conditions need to be fulfilled:

AFBL will place Radio Aamars Logo on the Event Banner, Poster, Invitation Card or any other
campaign.
Radio Aamar will cover the important news of this event from the venue and broadcast this
event news on its prime time news.
AFBL will arrange accommodation, Entertainment allowance etc for Radio Aamars event
covering team.
Radio Aamar will not take responsibility of any illegal activities/ performance of this event.
AFBL cannot insist Radio Aamar to cover any unethical, corrupt, unscrupulous, disreputable
news that can hamper Radio Aamars reputation.
Radio Aamar will not telecast any promo of this event.
Radio Aamar will air 5 complimentary RJ Endorsement per day during campaign.
