The most lauded marketing extravagance of the Modi Government is

undoubtedly the Make In India campaign. The campaign was launched to


make india a manufacturing hub. The make in india campaign acts like a
single umbrella encapsulating 25 major sectors of the economy. The
campaign targets specific sector intending a positive response. The
objective behind this initiative is to solve the major marco economic issue
i.e. unemployment. The campaign also entitles itself to ensure skill
development programme across india. Coming to the origin of this
campaign , the seeds was sown in the 1990s when india adopted the
globalization and liberalisation methods to address its death financial
situation. Although it was a great failure as india wasnot able to attract
major foreign company to invest in india. The same level of the challenges
are still in practise and nothing as changed in the overall situation.
